After five inspectors and three different insurance companies, Steve was finally able to work with the insurance company and get the roof replaced and the gutters too. His communication was excellent, and he was always timely and upfront about cost and repairs needed. When the crew arrived to install the roof, they were timely and extremely professional. The cleanup was impeccable, and no detail was overlooked. They even took the time to wipe down the fence and vinyl pickets, so the yard was spotless when they left. Medo and his team handled everything from start to finish with my roof. They even put me in touch with a great company to come and do the repair from the water damage from my hail damaged roof. They knocked out the whole roof in less than a day. Did a great job and handled the insurance side of things. Medo was friendly, very helpful, explained everything in detail, checked on progress with the roofers, followed the insurance adjuster showing and explaining the need for replacement, and kept in contact with me on progress and work being done. We had a water leak from the bathroom vent. Called their number in the middle of the night. Someone called back before 7 AM on Sunday morning. The Colorado manager then called at 8 AM and he had someone stop by, they went up on the roof and fixed everything by 8:30 AM.
